5-axis real-time X-ray inspection
In-house 5-axis real-time X-ray sees every hidden joint on the board. Voids, bridges and opens have nowhere to hide — and because it is 100% coverage on BGAs rather than a sampled subset, quality is proof rather than assumption.
What we do
- 100% X-ray inspection on every ball grid array — not a sampled subset
- Live oblique-angle tilt that reads joints conventional 2D X-ray hides
- Void, bridge and open detection with analysis against the build
- Inspection of press-fit, connector and hidden through-hole joints
- Multiple standalone AOI stations alongside X-ray
- In-circuit and functional test to back the inspection result
The detail
- Technology
- 5-axis real-time X-ray, in-house
- Coverage
- 100% of BGAs · hidden joints across the assembly
- Detects
- Voids · bridges · opens · insufficient joints
- Complementary
- Multiple AOI stations · ICT · functional test
- Evidence
- Full process traceability from goods-in to despatch
- Compliance
- ISO 9001 · IPC-A-610 class workmanship
For programmes where failure isn't an option
The assemblies we build run in substations, on trackside, in generator sets and in the air — places where a single hidden joint failure means a truck roll, an outage, or worse. Inspecting a sample tells you about the sample. Inspecting every array tells you about the board you are about to ship.
