- Fine-pitch SMT to 0201 where board area is the constraint
- 100% X-ray on BGAs — no sampled subset on a one-off build
- Functional test and full traceability on every unit
Small batches, treated like production
A run of twenty gets the same qualified line, the same inspection and the same evidence as a run of twenty thousand. That matters more at low volume, not less: there is no statistical comfort in a batch of one, so the only way to know a board is right is to have inspected that board.
